What does "zero ingress, zero egress" actually mean?+
You are never charged to upload data in or to download / stream it out - no ingress, egress, request or retrieval fees. Storage is the only line item, so your monthly cost stays predictable regardless of how much footage you upload or how often it is reviewed. AWS S3, GCS and Azure all charge per-GB egress that often exceeds the storage line on read-heavy workloads.
What is the difference between Pay-as-you-go and the Annual Committed plan?+
Pay-as-you-go is fully flexible - billed monthly on actual usage, no lock-in, cancel anytime. The Annual Committed plan reserves capacity for a 12-month term at the lowest effective rate, with the price locked for the full term. Both include zero ingress / egress and the same S3-compatible API. Talk to sales for a quote sized to your capacity.
