1. Nature of Services
Podstack ("we", "us", or "our") provides cloud-based GPU computing services, machine learning infrastructure, and related digital services. Our offerings are entirely digital and cloud-based.
Important: Podstack does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products or goods. All our services are delivered electronically through our cloud platform. This policy explains how our digital services are activated, delivered, and accessed.
As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider, our "delivery" refers to the provisioning and activation of cloud computing resources, not physical shipment of goods.
2. Service Activation
Service activation begins once your account is verified and payment (if applicable) has been confirmed.
2.1 Standard Services
The following services are activated instantly upon account creation and verification:
- GPU Pods: On-demand GPU instances are available immediately after payment
- Serverless GPU: Serverless endpoints are provisioned within seconds
- Object Storage (Buckets): Bucket creation is instant
- NFS Volumes: Shared storage volumes are available within minutes
- ML Studio: Development environments are ready instantly
- API Access: API keys are generated immediately upon account creation
2.2 Custom & Enterprise Services
Some services require additional setup time:
- Dedicated GPU Clusters: 24-48 hours for provisioning and configuration
- Enterprise Onboarding: 1-3 business days including VPC setup, SSO configuration, and custom networking
- Custom Machine Images: 2-4 hours for building and deploying custom environments
- Baremetal Servers: 24-72 hours depending on hardware availability and configuration
3. Service Access
All Podstack services are accessed through our cloud platform:
3.1 Access Requirements
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A stable internet connection
- A verified Podstack account with valid credentials
- Sufficient account balance or active subscription for paid services
3.2 Confirmation of Delivery
Upon successful service activation, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with service details and access credentials
- A notification in your dashboard confirming resource provisioning
- API access tokens and connection details (where applicable)
4. Activation Timelines

Activation timelines may vary based on resource availability, region, and demand. During peak periods, provisioning of high-demand GPU models (e.g., H100, A100) may take longer than usual.
5. Regional Availability
Podstack services are available globally, with data center presence in the following regions:
- India: Primary region - Mumbai, Hyderabad, Jamshedpur
- North America: Available for select GPU configurations
- Europe: Available for select GPU configurations
Service availability, pricing, and GPU model selection may vary by region. We are continuously expanding our infrastructure to new regions. Check our platform dashboard for the latest availability information.
Note: Some GPU models may only be available in specific regions. If a particular GPU configuration is not available in your preferred region, please contact sales@podstack.ai for alternatives.
6. Service Modifications
You may modify your active services at any time through the dashboard or API:
- Scaling up/down: Add or remove GPU instances, adjust storage, or change compute configurations in real-time
- Plan upgrades: Upgrade your subscription plan at any time (effective immediately)
- Plan downgrades: Downgrade your plan (effective at the next billing cycle)
- Region migration: Move resources between regions (subject to availability, may require brief downtime)
